At Growing Grace Creations, our mission is to spread the love of Jesus Christ through every creation we make. As we continue to grow, we’ve implemented the following policies to ensure smooth operations and the best possible experience for our valued customers.
Custom Orders Policy
Starting 01/06/2025, all custom orders must be paid in full at the time of placement. Work on your order will not begin until payment has been received, and orders with an outstanding balance will not be delivered or shipped.
We kindly ask that you treat your custom orders with us as you would with any other business. Materials and supplies are purchased specifically for your requests, and delayed payments can impact our ability to serve you and others. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
Return/Exchange Policy
We hope you love your Growing Grace Creations items, but if you need to make a return or exchange, here’s what you need to know:
Final Sale Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance items
- Sale/promotional items
- Mystery bags or items
- Custom/personalized orders
- Items purchased via Facebook/Instagram LIVE
Eligible Items
Store credit or exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase for most other items. To qualify:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of deodorant or makeup stains.
- Original tags must be intact.
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of purchase to resolve the issue.
Pick-Up & Shipping Policy
All purchases made through our online shop or during our LIVES must be either:
- Picked up at our Zephyrhills location, or
- Shipped for a $5 flat fee on orders under $75//free on orders of $75 or more.
🚫 Please Note: We no longer offer deliveries or meet-ups. Exceptions may be made for special circumstances, but you must contact us prior to placing your order to confirm if we can accommodate your request.
This policy ensures you receive your items in a timely manner. As a small business owner and homeschooling mom of three, my schedule doesn’t allow the flexibility for deliveries. However, we are actively working on establishing additional pick-up hubs to better serve our local customers.
