Shipping policy

Please not that processing time and shipping time are different. Processing time is counted from the time we receive your order to the time that your order is completed and dispatched. Our normal business turnaround is typically 3-7 days, depending on inventory and material shipments. Once we dispatch your order, it is up to USPS to determine how long it will take for your package to arrive. 

There are two shipping choices:
- USPS Ground Advantage(2-5 days)

- USPS Priority mail (1-3 days)

Please note that once item has shipped, we have no control over any delays that may occur on the Post office end. All packages are mailed with a tracking number and insurance. In the event something happens with your package, please contact the USPS directly.
