Shipping: There are two shipping choices:
- USPS Ground Advantage(2-5 days)
- USPS Priority mail (1-3 days)
Once item has shipped, we have no control over any delays that may occur on the Post office end. All packages are mailed with a tracking number and insurance. In the event something happens with your package, please contact the USPS directly.
Returns & Exchanges: We do accept returns within the first 5 business days from receiving your order. If the item does not fit, you can exchange your item. If you're local we can do the exchange locally. Otherwise, you must ship your item back (at your own cost) in the original packaging. Once item is received by GGC we will inspect it to ensure it has not been used or purposely altered and then issue a refund if the item is in good condition. After this process, we will ship out your new size.
Exceptions to Returns & Exchanges: We will not refund or replace any item that has been damaged during the washing process (please read our washing instructions carefully). Any custom or personalized item is non-refundable. If the item shows signs of wear, it will not be accepted. I
